Experience a transformative team-building workshop designed specifically for industry professionals. This session combines industry-specific scenarios with the principles of improv comedy to enhance leadership and foster trust within your team.

Program Highlights:

  1. Immersive activities: Kick off with a proven, engaging activity that uses real industry scenarios
  2. Improv Principles: Incorporate key improv techniques to boost presence, audience awareness, and creative thinking

How It Works
In this interactive workshop, we utilize scenarios from industry to practice addressing common challenges such as managing high-maintenance team members, navigating difficult conversations, and effectively communicating risks. Participants are divided into small groups of 3-4, where each person takes on a specific role: leader, subordinate, or observer. Through these role-playing exercises, team members practice and refine their communication skills.

With this session, your team will:

  • Enhance trust
  • Strengthen communication skills

Afternoon Collaborative Breakthrough:

Creative Problem Solving and Innovation for Teams

The BuildSong Session™

Team building and applied creativity workshop for businesses.

Your Team. Their Song.

Your team becomes rock stars for a day, working with a top music producer to write and record an original song. In this unique, afternoon session, even people with no previous music abilities come together to push beyond what they believe they can do–and into a state of performance they never dreamed possible.

  • Smash self-limiting thought barriers
  • Ignite creative problem solving
  • Supercharge collaboration

A song is a big idea distilled into a clear, three minute musical solution.

Solving business problems requires both creativity and discrimination. We bring these concepts together to create exponentially powerful team experiences that deliver a true, collaborative outcome that is a highly visible symbol of what a team can achieve.

How It Works

Sessions are at a professional local recording studio or on-site at your location using mobile gear. The result is a professionally recorded, original song co-written by everyone present.

  • Collaboratively write and record an original song
  • Team directs lyrics and music genre and creative choices
  • Members of the team have the option of performing on the recording or not.
  • Your team has input on all phases of production.

The take-away is a song written and recorded by the team. Listening later, memories of the session come alive.

Play it at the start of a meeting and watch the song vividly bring everyone back to the shared experience.
